School software helps parents keep tabs on teens
Depending on how a school's system is configured, parents can potentially track all their children's unexcused absences and tardies. For each class their children are taking, they can see grades on all tests, quizzes and homework assignments, as well as the current overall grade and descriptions of upcoming homework assignments. They can request this information by e-mail, and receive discipline alerts if their children were chastised for disrupting class.
